Growthme ("Growthme", "we", "us") is operated by Katheryn Samuelson, the seller of the product. By creating an account or using the service, you are entering a contract with Katheryn Samuelson.
By accessing or continuing to use Growthme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Growthme on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Growthme provides AI-assisted marketing tooling — including scorecards, plans, content drafts, competitor analysis, alerts, and related features. Features evolve over time and may be added, modified, or removed.

You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit, the outputs you choose to use, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Growthme service, software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs and grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the service.
Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal at paddle.net.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
