Growthme, operated by Katheryn Samuelson, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to locate your order.
  2. Open the order and submit a refund request, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
  3. If you'd prefer, email us at hello@growthme.ai and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day refund window applies from the most recent order date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
